Prime Minister, Edi Rama, declared on Wednesday that Albania and Greece will reach an agreement for a new strategic document of cooperation.
"The problems between the two countries are hard, but their solution is absolutely necessary. The most important thing is not only their solution, but to take them into another level of partnership and cooperation. The relations between Albania and Greece should overcome the past," said Rama.
Regarding the Western Balkans Summit in London, Albanian Premier stated that it helps the countries to stay united.
"It is an important process which started 5 years ago and it is continuing with a pleasant rhythm.
These Summits help the region stay united and help us move towards the same direction.
Of course, this is happening at a time when things seem to be going not so well for EU integration, it almost seems like a curse to Balkans. We are improving, Europe is going in the opposite direction," said Rama.
