The President of the Republic Ilir Meta meets with a group of Bachelor and Master Students, part of Roma and Egyptian communities in Albania.
During this meeting on Wednesday, which took place in the framework of the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (IDERD), the Head of State called for major amenability and humanism, in order to have a united society ready to cope with incoming challenges.
"Country's future depends from the youths coming from families with great aspirations. A proper education of youths should be seen as the biggest investment in our society. We need a fair society, without any kind of ethnic, religious or cultural prejudice. Everyone has the right to be treated as equal without becoming subject of racial discrimination. This is the foundation stone of human rights protection," said President Meta.
He also urged everyone to promote tolerance and respect toward the human being despite his origins or community.
