Former-President of the Republic, Bujar Nishani defined the election of a provisional chief prosecutor by the parliament as the end of this institution’s legitimacy.
Through a public declaration on Friday he stated that the country has entered into a dangerous spiral due to this way of doing by the majority in parliament.
“The government’s extremely irresponsible attitude led the country into a dangerous and chaotic spiral. The constitution was torn while the parliament lost its legitimacy and the political moral,” wrote Nishani.
