provisionallyn was made by the Socialist Movement for Integration (SMI) chairwoman Monika Kryemadhi at the end of the parliamentary session on Friday.
“The people represent the good while Premier Edi Rama’s parliament filled with captured MPs and incriminated individuals are the evil that keeps damaging this country and the citizens. We are unstoppable in our path toward justice restoration. The parliament crumbled down thus can no longer represent the citizens’ interests but only those of narcotics trafficking and organized crime,” said Kryemadhi.
Answering to the journalists’ interest if the SMI MPs would burn down their mandates as suggested to the opposition’s MPs by former-Prime Minister Sali Berisha she said that citizens will be consulted on the further steps to be taken.
“Our mandates are the finalization of a hard work. Those mandates that were obtained through drugs money should be burned down. We have already addressed a letter to the Speaker Gramoz Ruçi signed by three parliamentary groups’ chairmen. This was the end that marked state’s definitive capture. No one should be surprised if curfew will be imposed since 18:00,” responded Kryemadhi.
