Albania, 31st in Digital Diplomacy Review 2017

Albania ranks 31st in the Digital Diplomacy Review 2017, an assessment made by Digital Diplomacy Live to 209 Ministries of Foreign Affairs around the world in 2017, going up by 12 places compared to the past year.
This year's ranking methodology is based on a new approach to diplomacy. DDR17 identifies the 5 major needs of digital diplomacy, described as hierarchical levels within a pyramid.
They also represent progress stages from beginner to advanced degree in digital diplomacy practice and are: presence in social media, accessibility, updating, engagement and digital diplomacy.
Likewise, these levels of digital diplomacy performance are reviewed on the basis of other qualitative indicators such as creativity and authenticity, transparency, content management, security, openness, impact, type of audience, professionalism, devastating campaigns / innovative campaigns.
