Confindustria urged on Sunday to Albania and Kosovo Governments to be careful with the new initiative to create a regional economic area within the Western Balkans countries.
The chairman, Gjergj Buxhuku, reminds that on the top of this initiative is a former minister of the former Yugoslavia.
"The initiative of the six Western Balkans leaders for a regional economic area, is difficult to be realized. Serbia helped by the good infrastructure, economy will be the most favored in this agreement," said Buxhuku.
But the Prime Minister, Edi Rama strongly supported the initiative. According to him a regional economic area can help because a Western Balkan market of 20 million is more attractive to investors and trade than an Albanian market of less than four million.
