Albanian Folk Pearls 'Lands' in Scanderbeg Square

The Folk-Song and Dances Ensemble brought last evening in Tirana’s ‘Scanderbeg’ square musical pieces from all over Albania during a 90-minutes concert. A rich artistic program, mostly dominated by the Tirana’s folk music, was presented to the public

The known folk singer Merita Halili was the evening’s special guest performing different old songs. The folk pearls from South and North Albania were also part of this concert that was welcomed by the music lovers.

This concert was organized by the dances master Rexhep Çeliku, the chorus director Gramoz Burba, the orchestra director Vladimir Hasimmi and the artistic director Gerti Druga.
