The former-President of the Republic, Alfred Moisiu labeled as tendentious judges and prosecutors complaint against vetting law. Through a press statement released on Monday he considered a worrisome fact the acceptance by the High Court of this complaint, adding that judges aim to conceal their past.

“Judges and prosecutors complaint is clearly tendentious due to the fact that it aims to infringe vetting process. This complaint has a sinister goal. The complaint acceptation by the High Court is another worrisome element. They ask for the resignation recognition until new facts are unveiled,” declared Moisiu.

He also laid the stress on the Judges and Prosecutors Association attempt to lower the eligibility criteria. According to Moisiu vetting process will have a positive impact on country’s life.
