Judicial Reform Starts Officially

The Socialist MP, Fatmir Xhafaj, at the same time former co-chair of the Parliamentary Special Committee in Judicial Reform, declared that the process has started.
Through a press statement released on Monday he stressed that justice system hostage-keepers will be expelled from this system on June 25. According to Xhafaj the citizens’ vote for SP will clear the path to the existence of legal state.

“Judicial Reform, a promise made by Socialist Party (SP) since the early days of the ruling mandate, is nearing its completion. This is another kept promise by the SP. We are more than determined to continue this reform’s implementation. I hope that June 25 will be the day that will pave the way toward the establishment of a state at the service of the citizens,” said Xhafaj.

The former-Minister of Internal Affairs also stressed that the law’s punishment will not be limited to the corrupted individuals and those that abuse with judicial system.
