Electoral Campaign, SP Militants Threaten with Life SMI Chairman in Berat

Another incident was registered on Friday evening between the militants of Socialist Party and the Socialist Movement for Integration chairman (SMI) in village of Berati.
Local media reported that the chairman of SMI Administrative Unit in Gjoroven village of Berat, Krenar Shehu was threatened with life from some other persons known as supporters of the Socialist Party. The authors are Gazment Mahmutaj, Gramoz Toto and Ramazan Toto, all with former criminal precedents.
Albaniannews.com learned that all those persons are known for their support to the socialists and they stopped with force Shehu and destroyed his car. They threaten him and his family with life if SMI will come out as the first political force after the elections in this area.
They put the gun on his head saying that his life and the life of his family worth only a cartrige, local media reported.
