The Socialist Movement for Integration (SMI) chair, Ilir Meta dwelt during a meeting on Thursday with Fieri professional colleges’ pupils in ‘Learn and Earn” program, drafted as part of this party’s social policies.
“The ‘Learn and Earn’ is a specific program, part of our social policies. This program should be used to gain the necessary knowledge so that each one of you may earn some money from a dignifying and well-paid job,” said the SMI chair.
He also emphasized the importance of education curricula improvement in accordance with labor market requirements. According to him the SMI motto “Education for Employment” is decisive and practical at the same time.
“It is of crucial importance to improve the curricula in line with the labor market, adding practice in the work’s environment. By doing so we would enable the practical knowledge gaining, immediately after the end of college, a professional course, or a 2-year high school,” said Meta.
