Berat Gjimshiti wins the Albanian derby in the Italian championship against Rey Manaj, Edgar Çani and Samir Ujkani.

The team of Albanian National Team defender Avellino prevailed 1-0 against Pisa that include in its ranks the Albanian attackers and Kosovo National Team goalkeeper.

The fate of this direct duel for survivance, part of the 36th week of Series ‘B’, was decided by the goal of Lorenzo Laverone in 48th minute. Manaj, Gjimshiti and Ujkani entered the field as starter players and even involved in some duels with each other since the first minutes.

Some fans whistled Manaj while leaving the field at 64th minute after being replaced by Edgar Çani.

This victory strengthens Avellino’s position at 14th place with 44 points with a 6 points distance from the so-called ‘Cold Zone’. Meanwhile Pisa seems to be heading to Series ‘C’ with only 32 points.
